I’m Muhammad Mujtaba Yousuf Ali, Founder & CEO of Realigns Inc., a multinational group established in 2010. Our operations span pharmaceuticals, organic skincare, renewable energy, e-commerce, and AI-driven business systems — operating at the intersection of innovation, international trade, and sustainable development.
Over the past two decades, I have focused on building practical, regulation-aware, and cost-efficient systems across highly sensitive industries where accuracy, compliance, and accountability are non-negotiable.
My entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 16 in the healthcare sector, working with China Pak Medication & Co. in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Within five years, this path led me to senior leadership roles, including serving as Global Representative for Gano Excel Enterprises and later being appointed Managing Director of GFI Marketing SDN. BHD. (Malaysia) by 2009. These experiences laid the foundation for the establishment of Realigns Inc.
I am a Certified Global Business Expert from Harvard Business School, a qualification that strengthened my strategic approach to cross-border operations, enterprise scaling, and governance-driven decision-making in complex markets.
I draw deep inspiration from my late father, Dr. Muhammad Yousuf, a distinguished figure in homeopathic and alternative medicine with over 35 years of international service. He served as Assistant Director in the Government of Sindh, Personal Physician to the Ex-Chief Minister, and held leadership roles across global healthcare initiatives. His lifelong commitment to ethics, healing, and public service continues to shape my own leadership philosophy.
With more than 20 years of board-level and executive experience across Asia, the Middle East, and the United States, I have led operations and advisory roles in Malaysia, Thailand, Jordan, and the UAE. I hold certifications in Global Business Strategy (Harvard), Cloud Computing (Google), Cybersecurity (Cisco), Sustainable Development Goals (UNITAR), and Global Health Policy (WHO / UNICEF).
In recent years, my work has increasingly focused on artificial intelligence architecture and governance. I serve as a Deep Research and AI Systems Architect, specializing in hybrid AI ecosystems that combine cloud intelligence with fully offline local LLMs.
I lead Realigns AI Lab, where we design privacy-first, offline-capable, and deterministic AI systems based on System of Record and System of Reasoning principles. Our work emphasizes explainability, auditability, and real-world deployment — especially for finance, healthcare, and enterprise decision systems.
I developed InlinkGPT, a hybrid GPT + Gemini intelligent assistant with contextual memory, adaptive token control, and sensor-aware interaction. I also created CostMasterPro, an offline pricing and profitability platform for SMEs, featuring role-based costing, PDF quotation generation, and deterministic financial analysis.
My AI focus centers on NLP-driven System of Reasoning/Records, offline LLM deployment (GGUF-based models), hallucination control, and ethical AI design tailored for non-engineering users, executives, and regulated industries.
Beyond technology and business, I contribute as a Global Political Affairs & Peace Observer, publishing analytical insights on hybrid warfare, regional conflicts, media distortion, and strategic policy — with a focus on informed discourse and long-term peacebuilding.

Human immunodeficiency virus is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, with African countries being the worst affected by this deadly virus. Curcumin (CUR) is a Curcuma longa-derived polyphenol that has attracted the attention of researchers due to its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immunomodulatory and antiviral effects. CUR also demonstrates anti-HIV effects by acting as a possible inhibitor of gp120 binding, integrase, protease, and topoisomerase II activities, besides also exerting a protective action against HIV-associated diseases. However, its effectiveness is limited due to its poor water solubility, rapid metabolism, and systemic elimination. Nanoformulations have been shown to be useful to enhance curcumin's bioavailability and its effectiveness as an anti-HIV agent. In this sense, bioactive effects of CUR in HIV infection are carefully reviewed, along with the most effective isolation techniques.
