1. Scope
This policy applies to all AI-enabled software, services, APIs, assistants, workflows, and model-based systems
developed, hosted, operated, licensed, or distributed by Realigns Inc.
It covers internal and external use of AI technologies, including but not limited to text generation, automated reasoning,
task orchestration, document processing, analytics assistance, summarization, recommendation systems, and conversational agents.
Realigns AI systems are intended to support productivity, decision support, business operations, and responsible innovation.
They are not designed to replace professional judgment in regulated, safety-critical, or high-risk contexts without proper controls.
2. Core Principles
Safety First
We aim to reduce harmful, misleading, abusive, or unlawful outputs through layered safeguards and controlled deployment.
Transparency
Users should be informed when they are interacting with AI-generated content or automated systems.
Privacy & Data Respect
We seek to minimize unnecessary collection of personal data and apply appropriate protections where data is processed.
Accountability
Realigns Inc. maintains governance responsibility for how its AI systems are designed, configured, and operated.
Human Oversight
AI outputs should be reviewed by humans where material, legal, financial, medical, or operational risks may exist.
Continuous Improvement
We regularly refine safety controls, policies, and system design based on observed risks and operational learning.
3. Permitted Use
Realigns AI systems may be used for lawful and responsible purposes, including:
- Business productivity, workflow support, and knowledge assistance
- Content drafting, summarization, formatting, and data interpretation
- Developer productivity, code assistance, and operational automation
- Customer support augmentation and internal enterprise workflows
- Research support, brainstorming, and structured information retrieval
All use must remain consistent with applicable law, contractual obligations, this policy, and any product-specific terms published by Realigns Inc.
4. Prohibited Use
Users may not use Realigns AI systems for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes. Prohibited uses include:
- Generating or facilitating illegal activity, fraud, cyber abuse, or malicious code
- Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, or targeted abuse
- Deceptive impersonation, misinformation campaigns, or false representation of identity
- Unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, privacy invasion, or system intrusion
- Unsafe instructions related to weapons, dangerous acts, or harmful substances
- Use in regulated high-risk decisions without appropriate human review and legal compliance
Realigns Inc. reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate access where misuse, abuse,
suspicious activity, security risk, or policy violation is detected.
5. Safety & Risk Controls
Realigns Inc. aims to apply reasonable and proportionate controls to reduce AI-related risks. These may include:
- Input and output filtering for harmful, prohibited, or unsafe content
- Rate limits, abuse detection, and technical restrictions against misuse
- Model routing and architecture controls for quality and reliability
- Logging and system monitoring for accountability and risk investigation
- Restricted deployment for features that may carry higher operational or legal risk
AI systems are probabilistic by nature. While we work to improve reliability, outputs may still contain errors,
omissions, outdated details, or incomplete reasoning. Users must independently verify important results.
6. Human Oversight
Realigns AI is designed to assist, not replace, responsible human judgment. Human review is strongly recommended
before relying on outputs for matters involving:
- Legal interpretation or rights-affecting decisions
- Financial reporting, accounting, taxation, or investment actions
- Medical, health, or clinical decision-making
- Employment, compliance, or contractual actions
- Critical infrastructure or operational safety matters
7. Transparency
Where reasonably appropriate, Realigns Inc. seeks to disclose when content, recommendations, or interactions
are AI-assisted or AI-generated.
We may also provide usage notices, system limitations, confidence caveats, or user warnings in interfaces,
product documentation, or service terms to help users understand the nature and limits of AI output.
8. Fairness & Bias
AI models may reflect bias present in training data, prompts, or operational context. Realigns Inc. seeks to
reduce unfair or inappropriate outputs through system design, testing, prompt constraints, and ongoing review.
We do not guarantee that any AI system is fully free from bias, but we are committed to identifying meaningful
risks and improving model behavior where reasonably possible.
9. Security
Realigns Inc. uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect its AI services and related systems, including:
- Access controls, authentication layers, and service restrictions
- System monitoring, logging, and anomaly review
- Reasonable measures to protect infrastructure, endpoints, and hosted services
- Internal controls to reduce misuse of AI capabilities
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are expected to maintain their own operational security practices as well.
10. Data Handling
Our handling of personal and service-related data is further described in our Privacy Policy. In general,
Realigns Inc. aims to follow the principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, access control, and reasonable protection.
- Only data reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, analytics, or legal compliance should be processed
- Sensitive or regulated data should not be submitted unless expressly supported and contractually authorized
- Users remain responsible for ensuring they have lawful rights to submit data into our systems
11. Monitoring & Enforcement
Realigns Inc. may monitor system activity, investigate suspicious usage, and take corrective action where needed
to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, service integrity, and public trust.
Enforcement actions may include:
- Warnings or account restrictions
- Feature limitation or service suspension
- Investigation of abuse or violations
- Permanent termination in serious cases
- Legal escalation where required by law or risk severity
